Poor game management the last 10 mins - just lost all control

Becoming a bit of a worrying trend, there have been about 4 or 5 games this can apply to, but fortunately we've gotten away with it on most occasions.

We win our game in hand and we are level if not top on goal difference. We go again Yellows. Let's hope the team gets some rest and recovers by Tuesday night.

Feels like a defeat but will take a point as we could have easily lost that.

Players looked tired at the end and maybe more than just Brannagan have been hit by the sickness bug. GOD needs to do a lot more than that if he wants to be a serious member of this squad.

Think a draw was a fair result. We were the better team first half, they were better second half. This is the first game where I think our youngsters looked really inexperienced; Gatlin, Tyler and Stevens gave them way too much space and time and Blackpool had free run of two thirds of the pitch. Leigh and McEachran both looked shattered by the end and they needed more help than they got.

He's been brilliant all season so far in that role. How's he supposed to learn if he doesn't have opportunities to make mistakes? Don't think he'll be that poor again given the same chance.

Plus as poor as he was, ten other players culpable for that goal really.

Always struggle against Blackpool so a point is a decent result.

Long way to go yet. Need to get healthy before worrying about other results.

The manner in which this result has come needs to be addressed. No doubt that before the game, a point wouldn't have been the end of the world. However, the decision to sit back like that for the last 15 minutes or so was terrible. GoD was awful when he came on, looked like he hadn't trained in the past 2 weeks.

First half great, second half poor.

Manning has done a stunning job, but the one criticism this season is that we do seem to stop playing and try and shut up shop a little too early. In the last quarter, we just seemed to stop passing and moving the way we had been, and the equalizer was only a matter of time.

Thought we missed Cam as well. McEachran is a good player, and he and MM controlled the game first half. But neither of them carry any sort of goalscoring threat and neither of them are that comfortable getting in the box. Cam and MM are much more complimentary in how they play. Feels to me that McEachran is an excellent backup for McGuane, but we don't really have one for Cam. Perhaps something for January?

Our four subs were really poor today. Didn't add enough energy or ideas which allowed Blackpool to take charge

We also missed Rodriguez we lost alot of the momentum he carries with him. we are definately missing the 2 players out ,interesting Tuesday night that will be a tough game.

Think that Mills sub hurt us. Had he realised he was crocked when we took off Bodin would have made a difference.

If we'd had the extra slot reckon that one extra player and energy would have helped. Perhaps Thorniley on for a shattered Leigh and move Brown into LB of a back five.
