Managers win rates without a bit of context are pointless, if you spend 10 seasons in the same division coming 7th it will be quite decent, get promoted or take on a job in a higher division and save a club from relegation say it could drop but you actually do the job you were appointed to do.
 
I hate win rate as a measure anyway. It completely devalues that a draw is better than a loss, for a start. PPG is a much better measure, if one wants one.

Even ppg doesn’t really help unless you’ve got the context of expectations, budget, performance metrics and external influences (injuries etc) to sit alongside not to mention character, recruitment record, ability to work within a team etc etc
