Unfortunately, I think the squad he has built is so lopsided and with so many players with recurring injuries that I think anyone coming in would have a hell of a job to substantially improve things. That isn't necessarily a reason not to replace him, but it would certainly make the job less attractive for a decent manager.Karl resigning would be a big improvement for me. We're nowhere near promotion material so let's not waste anymore time and bring in a new manager ready for the January transfer window.
