Matches 10k vs Wednesday

Sales update at 12.30pm on Thursday

Remaining seats were 1,777, meaning home seat sales of 7,777.

Seats left are split

South Stand Lower - 496
South Stand Upper - 348
East Stand - 470
North Stand - 463

Add in approx 1,760 for boxes and away fans and we are at an estimated 9,537 overall.

Will do a further count around 5.00pm and good to see the club getting active on social media - better late than never!

Sales now just over 7,900.

This means 200 sold so far today and less than 100 needed to hit my 8,000 target by midnight. 500 on the day sales tomorrow (which will include the 290 in executive boxes) and we'll hit the 10,000 total mark, once the approximately 1,480 away fans are added in too.

Keep it up everyone, and make an old dot counter happy!!!

Im thinking/ hoping that tomorrow, and Pompey (18th Apr) and Accrington ( last game) will all make around 10k attendances - Bolton (15 Apr) wont be far off either - though the Tues rearranged Cheltenham game will be lucky to make 7.2k

Trying to order a ticket. The blue dots won't select, half hour got nowhere. Infuriating.

8,000 target hit, with four hours of sales to go until midnight.

I think we'll do it now. (y) (y)

The Tuesday against Cheltenham has the makings of being a huge game! If we don’t get 7,000 home fans one for that one then we may as well pack it all in.

Update at 11.20pm on Thursday

Remaining seats are now 1,534 which are split

South Stand Lower 469 (176/94/15/1/0/8/50/125)
South Stand Upper 317 (132/6/2/1/9/12/155)
East Stand 403 (99/57/ 12/37/71/127)
North Stand 345 (129/27/111/78)

So that means total home seat sales are now an estimated 8,020.

Add on 1,760 for a combined total of boxes and away fans and that gives a current overall estimate of 9,780.

With on the day seat sales typically in the 100-350 range and as we need 220, it will be very close either side of 10,000 but hopefully just getting there!

Final count at midnight.

Very good sales for the day of 381, leaving us at 8,108 at midnight, so some further sales since @Thecurraghofkildare did his count at 11:20pm. To make 10,000 total I have us needing another 412 sales today (290 will come from executive box sales) so a net of 122 on the day sales. I think we'll do it with about 100/150 to spare.

Update at 10.30am on what will hopefully be a very Good Friday

Remaining seats are now 1,421 which are split

South Stand Lower 451 (172/87/14/0/0/8/47/123)
South Stand Upper 306 (127/6/2/0/8/11/152)
East Stand 368 (93/45/ 12/31/64/123)
North Stand 296 (117/26/98/55) - selling fast overnight and this morning

So that means total home seat sales are now an estimated 8,133.

Add on 1,760 for a combined total of boxes and away fans and that gives a current overall estimate of 9,893.

The weather is beautiful, so hopefully a lot of people will turn up on the day.
It looks as if there should be more than 10k.

Final crowd was 10,238 so just over 200 in the last couple of hours. Only 177 seats left in the North Stand at kick off and lots of on the day sales in the East Stand also.

Hopefully 4 big home attendances to come still although would prefer if the last one wasn't as it would mean we are safe!

once again if we had a wining team , bigger stadium , bigger away capacity then 18000 would be the norm

So, in the end I wasn't far out and happy that although I was 88 out we were 88 over and not under!

Thanks @Thecurraghofkildare for your help and also stepping into the breach to do this morning's updates, while I was having a nightmare three and a half hour journey around the M25 to the game.

Onto the next one.........
