Manning comes across very well spoken and likeable, and I imagine he would interview very well in them kind of surroundings. I think he is the TW kind of appointment.

He’s young and will need help, so we need to get rid of the people that have been involved in this mess, and bring in fresh faces ie coaches, and an experienced man to lead the recruitment side of things, and try to stick to a plan/policy.
