Oxford United football club don't get lucky breaks. Fact of life. We have to scrap for everything we get.
Great, after the lockdown, us so called vulnerable + 50’s can show our resurgent strength when we take the Town End again ?inbreds are - (L2) champions by default
Why did calling cards saying ‘You’ve just met the vulnerables + 50s‘ never catch on in the 80’s?Great, after the lockdown, us so called vulnerable + 50’s can show our resurgent strength when we take the Town End again ?
The Championship will become the PL2 soon. They’ve had PL2 in women’s and U23 football for years already. It’s been in front of us the whole time.I can see another breakaway happening here with the top EFL clubs.
Nothing has been agreed, so it's a little early to start dusting off the pitchforks and matching on the efl just yet.
Do effectively Wycombe play slightly over 18.5 home games using unweighted ppg.Unless every team had played exactly the same number of home and away games, there is zero justification NOT to use the weighted PPG method.
They have talked about the advantage/disadvantage for teams with different run ins but then totally ignore that some teams have not played as many games or have played more home than away.
How on gods earth is non weighted PPG deemed the fairest outcome.
What a bunch of.....
Erm, we've already been there. On more than 1 occasion.I swear if Yeovil, Burton and WYCOMBE get into the Championship before us...
Bolton and Southend don’t deserve to go down?I know which way I want the club to vote if they do, I don’t think Bolton and Southend deserve to go down, let alone Tranmere.
Erm, we've already been there. On more than 1 occasion.

Unfortunately there are some who believe that is true!Nah they have changed the name so we have never played in it, plus side of that is we never played non league either.
That would t be to difficult with me swinging my Zimmer frame around ?Great, after the lockdown, us so called vulnerable + 50’s can show our resurgent strength when we take the Town End again ?
1997 isn't that long ago. Before Barsham, granted.(You are lucky enough to be old enough to remember it...)
If I'm not old (and I tell myself I'm not) then you have a good few years yet. And I was cheering on Peter Foley at The Manor...We were still in the Championship in 1999. If going to games during that period means I’m now old then to hell with all of it.
I was ‘cheering on’ Peter Fear.I was cheering on Peter Foley at The Manor...
I have a framed Peter Fear away match shirt signed by the 2002/3 squad on the wall of my pool room. How awesome is that!!!I was ‘cheering on’ Peter Fear.
