Wycombe and Oxford are the only teams who can finish 3rd depending which type of PPG method is used, so just skip straight to a final between the two of them.

Yep, play it at Thame United, right in the middle, saves the risk of driving too far. Or at Durham, as travelling there is allowed as well.
