Not saying they need to if it's clearly stated the Portsmouth game isn't included but as they will have email/phone details of those who have purchased a half season ticket it would be good customer service (and marketing) to remind them in the week (or two) before the game. There's nothing worse than your card not being accepted at the turnstile for the holder, the scanner or the people behind in the queue, would just save all concerned a hassle on the night.

Yes, OUSP will ask for this to be included in the match information, and ideally all half ST holders to get emailed.
