Any idea when all this may be resolved one way or another?
Meeting tomorrow.....................
It won`t resolve it, but there is a meeting.

Friday ...according to Barry Fry ... though who knows if agreement will be reached?Any idea when all this may be resolved one way or another?
'Probably' ? ?Friday ...according to Barry Fry ... though who knows if agreement will be reached?
League One meeting 'probably on Friday', says Peterborough's Barry Fry
BARRY Fry believes the vote for League One clubs to decide how to finish the season will not take place until after an EFL board meeting on…www.oxfordmail.co.uk
As much as that? ReallyI'm hearing it might take a few more days for High Wycombeshire Wonderers' cheque to clear. It's only then that the Football League will decide whether their bid is high enough to allow their entry into the Championship.
It's a tough one really, because the Championship is supposed to be for professional football teams only.
Nevertheless, every single one of Wycombe's fans have donated £1 to a crowdfunding project and it is hoped that the £400 bid will get them over the line.
I'm hearing the EFL's preferred solution is that we all wake up and this will have been a dream.
Troy Deeney has refused to train....................... expect plenty of others to do the same especially amongst the BAME players as there is a higher clinical risk for them.
Simon Jordan put the dilemma on this quite well on Newsnight. Players can refuse to play but they expect full pay whilst football clubs will have no income. He also pointed out that footballers would be under an incredibly good testing regime as required under the plans put forward. He also said they should only be coming back in July as it is still too early.
The other side of this is that warehouse workers, cleaners, hairdressers etc etc won't have the testing regime that footballers will have.
6 positive tests in the Premier League. Football is not getting played until their is a vaccine.

They’re idiots and greedy bastards “let’s play on get the dosh and we will set our players up with a funeral plan that’s the least we could do “Six positive tests in three clubs............. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/52726278
Not starting well is it........
Six now how many after the next tests? Selfish bastards do the right thing and call a halt to the season.Considering there are hundreds of players and club staff, six is actually a positive number (if you'll pardon the pun), so long as they've tested and got the results back before players started resuming training in clusters.
But the rest of us can work?
We might as well wind up lower league football if we are waiting for a vaccine.

Ive worked during all of this. The difference is we can socially distance. Footballers can not socially distance during a match. That’s why it is a stupid idea for matches to return.
