I don't know how these last few days will transpire, but if we don't bring anyone in before the Gillingham game that'll be our 5th game in January where we've failed to bring in a signing. I'm sure the positivity bus will say "what were you worrying about, we've signed some players", if deals are concluded before the end of the month, but the truth is that failing to get deals over the line until the very end of the window has meant time's been wasted in having those new players integrate with the side and feature in January games where we weren't at our best.

Well people need to grow up a bit then. Even if we'd signed players today they wouldn’t play tomorrow. I agree it’s weird and frustrating that we always leave it so late though.
