Couple of things I noticed last night:

-There has been a slight change in our goalkeepers warm up routines, there was much more work with the ball at their feet and receiving the ball from a pass back, and kicking from the ground. I guess that's a fair reflection of the way the game is going these days.
-We seem to have an awful lot of staff behind the scenes (Faz wasn't there from what I saw and I didn't see Craig Short either), there were a lot of staff on the pitch or around the dugout in the white shirt, including Dwayne Peasah exclusively warming up the subs at half time.....
-I also love how the young players are always made to bring KR a cup of tea each half! :ROFLMAO:

I didn't see Faz but Craig Short was there.

Not too much happened in the first half, but we seem to be playing with one midfielder in front of the back four and five forwards.

Derrick and Elechi have both looked okay. GOD put one well over from about 6 yards out.

Getting really excited about the emerging youngsters. With all the doom and gloom around surely this is a real bright spot and highlights something that the club should get real praise for. I just hope that they are managed correctly and that theres a clear pathway for them into the first team setup. Im sure that will be the case, on both counts if they conitinue to work hard and keep their feet on the ground.

How ironic it could be in two years time, when we are looking at the most talented squad weve had in decades and all there was was pessimism the summer they started to emerge.

Selling them all tomorrow to Ipswich for a combined fee of £50k, can’t turn down that much money for lads who won’t feature much this season.
