Obviously Colchester home would be ideal.

Don’t really want Man City at home as we played them recently and probably won’t win. Also don’t want Leicester or Everton as they’re not glamour ties and will be tough.

Man Utd away would be good for the financials I guess, or any televised game

Actually I am struggling to think of a bad draw.

Home to any of the Prem teams - another great night at Grenoble Road
Home to Colchester - a great chance to get to the semis
Away to any of the Prem teams - a chance for more more money for the club and for travelling fans to visit a ground we haven't been to for ages.
Away to Colchester - probably the least good draw, but again one that you would fancy us winning more times than not.

And I would think that we are likely to be televised whatever the draw.

Agreed. That's why I'm more confident that Methven is doing a good job than Donald, as far as I know the football side has always been Donald's domain and it's the bit that is dreadful. I know he'll be involved in the commercial side as well like but mainly I see that as what Methven has been...
