Leadership isn't about visibility in the press it's about demonstrating leadership behind the scenes so happy for them not to shout about their intentions providing it means they are hard at work.

I think the point most are picking up on is the idea that everything comes to a standstill in order to make time for a bit of engagement with the supporters. Very odd.

It won’t impact every supporter, some won’t give a toss while others will feel a bit more connected and reassured. But leadership being visible inside and outside of the club is important, especially given that they have still only been here a very short time and haven’t yet won everybody over. It’s a handout opportunity if you ask me.

Competent decision making does sound like that would be a nice idea
