Might be. I remember seeing a bloke fall down the steps in the North stand in around 2015 or 16. I'll remember the noise of him hitting the ground forever. The game carried on and the St Johns ambulance strolled over about 10 minutes later when the stewards got word to them. Nowadays, incidents like this seem to get dealt with much more quickly.

That sounds awful. I hope he recovered well.
