Leon Clarke anyone? Is this a bad time to ask what Nile Ranger is up to?
He is on a free…Leon Clarke anyone?
Well then…He is on a free…
If you think kneeling is divisive then you'll be shocked hear about institutional racism, police officers killing black people and regular online abuse.Knowing that the kneeling is seen as divisive why not stand arms round shoulders and use that powerful symbol as anti racism or indeed any anti and we are all as one . We couid all applaud that I'm sure .
Yeah to be fair, Sam Long has really struggled with life as a black man..a gesture that has personal meaning to them
I have grown up in a multi cultural schools , environment, and don't need you to try and tell me what is racist thanks .If you think kneeling is divisive then you'll be shocked hear about institutional racism, police officers killing black people and regular online abuse.
I think it's hilarious that people are claiming they're booing the gesture and not the players (when the players are doing a gesture that has personal meaning to them), and that some of the biggest winners in capitalism (i.e. well-paid footballers) are all secretly Marxists.
If you're looking for a powerful symbol for anti-racism then you can't go much better than kneeling. Martin Luther King Jr., Colin Kaepernick, George Floyd. It's a symbol of black subjugation. What you think you want isn't what you say you want, you want something with no baggage or history attached to it because then it can't possibly make you uncomfortable.
If you can eloquently explain what about the kneeling gesture is divisive, what Marxism is, why it's bad and why you think the players are lying about why they kneel, then I might listen to you. But all you're doing is parroting a far-right media attack line to allow people to repress black people and those that support them using slur-free language. Because then it *sounds* reasonable, as something couldn't possibly have anti-racial bias if you don't use the n-word, right?
So now you're so angry that you're booing footballers, and the people who've told you these mistruths are letting the real power avoid scrutiny by pointing your anger in the wrong direction. It's divide and rule, don't fall for their trap.
Anyway, have we signed anyone yet?
Out of everything, that's the bit you choose to respond to? As surprising as it might be, white people can have black friends, black family members and empathy.Yeah to be fair, Sam Long has really struggled with life as a black man..
That's what they're doing, black and white people coming together to call out injustices, you just don't want to see it.I have grown up in a multi cultural schools , environment, and don't need you to try and tell me what is racist thanks .
USA is not this Country .
BLM only pipe up if its white on black. Nothing else seems to matter to them , its not a consistent approach calling out crime across the board it only matters if one way .
I prefer to look at society as a whole and call out racism, poor behaviour where ever it exists.
We are one and instead of making it a black/white issue call out injustice wherever it is.
Black on black stabbings is widespread but no one is interested it seems.
And I don't watch or read the media BTW.
And I think we are close to signing Ellis H who I personally think will be a great signing who adds something different to our team.
What injustices ? All I see is a movement highlighting incidents if one way , never anything positive .That's what they're doing, black and white people coming together to call out injustices, you just don't want to see it.
I'm sure if/when he signs, Harrison can look forward to you booing him for taking a knee.
Sorry Sir ...Will doCome on fellas, move it away from this thread please.

You can disagree with it, think it’s pointless, have all sorts of discussions and ideas, but if you actively make the choice to publicly boo your own team making a gesture that to them is intended to be simply opposing racism then you are making a pretty strong political statement, and really disrespecting the guys you are meant to be supporting. That’s my thinking anybody that is in the fence I think some could fall the wrong dude because they’re getting pissed off. Most normal human beings understand what it’s all about but as @LeftSideBoy Has alluded to it’s an American thing yes we’ve shown our support but now it is starting to get a bit tedious if people can’t understand what its all about they never bloody will
You put this stuff very well sir.If you think kneeling is divisive then you'll be shocked hear about institutional racism, police officers killing black people and regular online abuse.
