Likewise, I can't wait to get behind a real attendance push again - we all need to unite and get behind the team now, and hopefully we can see season tickets holders returning en masse (although that won't affect the dots!) and there are some big matches on the horizon where with a re-energised fanbase we should be cracking 10,000.

Top man Colin! I’m convinced it helped galvanise and push attendances up last season.

Derby 10k? let’s have a bloody good go at it!

Announce a replacement manager and we will surely hit 10k anyways. The fans staying away because of Karl weren't just season ticket holders.

100%. Derby, Sheff Wed, Bolton, Pompey, all should be 10,000+ games now, maybe even Accrington on the last day?

I'll do a count up for Derby and start a thread in a few days time. Let's see what we can do!

Can people stop citing that Accrington have 3 games in hand without referencing who those games are against;

Ipswich (A)
Portsmouth (H)
Plymouth (H)

They also don't play on 1st April as Bolton are in the PJT final so another game in hand away to Bolton at that point.

Whilst it would be foolish to assume they'll lose all 4 of those games it would take a dramatic change in form for them to get many points from them.

No doubt the Derby fans will swell our attendance in the home stands. I suppose every pound counts but bloody annoying if you’re sat near any.

2 down, 0 points. Maybe I'll update the table.... sighs....

0 points between now and end of season. We just can't score:mad:

I just can't see where the next point is coming from at the moment. Some point to the quality in our team, but it's devoid of confidence, tactical ideas, steel. I'm fully prepared that we could drop this season, I'm pinning a lot of my hope on a new manager bounce (which should have come last summer)

After last nights games the bottom 4 don’t have games in hand anymore and our goal difference is basically an extra point so another weekend we won’t fall into the bottom 4 at least.

I'm unsure if there are so many bad teams in this league this season or if we are just lucky how can we go on a nine game winless run and not drop into the bottom four because really we haven't been great all season and I can't remember us going on winning runs. I think just shows how much the football club fucked up last summer and this January

I do find it slightly odd that everyone external seems convinced we'll stay up, fivethirtyeight's model rates us at 12% to go down, the bookies still seem to think we'll stay up (6/1 to be relegated on bet365), etc. Do we just know things better than they do?

I think that 6/1 is a bit over the top
But to me, FGR, Cambridge and Morecambe are in by far the worst positions. All of the bottom 6 have some very tough games and none have good form.
I reckon 45 points ( maybe 44) will probably be enough. So 2 wins, 2 draws (maybe 1) and 5 to 6 defeats.
Can we get a couple of wins from Cheltenham, FGR, Accrington, Port Vale (or get a surprise result- Cheltenham won 3 0 at Peterborough and were not in good form at the time)?
We have had a terrible run, but hopefully Manning can help to just grind out a few results.

Alas we could be in the drop zone by 4.45 this Saturday
People have been saying that for a few weeks Bazzer. I think we are likely to go 5th from bottom with a game in hand over all teams at the bottom and 2 over Morecambe

fivethirtyeight reckons 4th bottom finishes on just 42. I suspect it'll be a bit higher than that though.
