Get Brian McDermott as DOF and I'd be over the moon
If it’s not Wilder, my first choice, this would be a great combination long term. Trouble is the job is a vastly different proposition to what it was in October and so now their options are very limited. They’ll be very, very lucky to get someone in the door who is suited to this immediate challenge we face and fits the profile long term. There aren’t many without a job.

Make no mistake, it’s going to take a real specialist in Allardyce-like escapes to get us out of this with our fixture list.

3 wins and 2 draws will probably do it. Doesn’t sound too bad but with about 4 clean sheets in 50 games and a real struggle to get a shot on target, we’re in the mud. We need an expert in quick fixes. We’ve passed up the opportunity to think much longer term than that.

Im ashamed of those in our fan base who can't manage their own short term expectations and scapegoat the manager. How quickly they forget the last 3 great seasons where 100 goals+ was almost record breaking. Why lay ALL the blame at the manager and not the players? Taylor? - the biggest piece of the jigsaw to our lack of goals, Henry? - looked finished - Brown? -an absolute shadow of last year. Cam? - 60% the player and no one fit long enough to score goals. They are ALL accountable.

So when your best players and goal sources don't turn up who's to blame? Personally I dont want a risky new manager who is under direction to consolidate mid table security for 10 years before we push. I may be dead before I see Championship. The board have seen enough near misses under KR to believe. But the current squad have just not given! I blame them not the manager but I think the coaching team needs completely changing, We have been worse than awful at converting set pieces and conceding simple goals for years so I don't know what they are doing? They need to go. Some creative options on free-kicks and corners from a suit would be better than "training" with track-suited dead heads

We need to get a sports psychologist in quickly but at the end of this year we begin again with a whole load of different soup ingredients and I think KR has got it right 3/4 and got to be backed? Just my POV. It should never get divisive or abusive, Steve f*****g Bruce I hope not Appleton? - If everyone in the squad IS "totally united" then don't change anything. 12 games left - new manager = bingo with this lot - it is ugly this year but we need to start supporting the team and stop the negative B*****s, It may get us the odd point to safely keep the wolf from the door

And relegation? No - needs a couple of days away, chat it through, positive positive positive and try and get 11 to turn up on Match day. then we have more than enough. No manager can ever win if on Match day 3-5 players simply don't turn up. Not many players in this squad have done themselves justice this year or deserved to wear the shirt. Think about that if you are the under-critic manager.

He refuses to blame them - blind loyalty? - If only he was blonde with big tits. We would all still love him

God I haven’t laughed as much for ages having read your post.

So not only am I being severely affected by the rubbish football on show and depression of facing relegation, now I can't even book a few days away anywhere in the world for risk of bumping into KR when he is off on one of his many well-being days to relieve him from his self inflicted stress paid for by my season ticket money. Basically I can't escape. My life is ruined from all angles by this football club. I think the board have a duty to consider my welfare, I need my own well-being day, to relax somewhere, stop the deep rot depression I risk suffering, please just sack him.
I hope she’s worth it!

Worst post I’ve ever seen on this forum. 10/10 for trolling
Trolling? Those who are always right huh? Any solutions or just a primitive popularist At least substantiate your comment and try and be objective rather than just opposing subjective view and assuming yourself as a self-righteous overlord

They finally got wi-fi in Falmouth

Don't forget he's too frightened to fly so you are safe to book anywhere not within a day's overland travel.
Have a nice trip.

So far the board have taken the easy option by doing nothing.

If they do decide now to bring in a new manager/coach my concern is that they will again take the easier option of appointing someone they already know, or via a contact to one of the board members, rather than going through a thorough recruitment process.

Thus ending up with a Jaap Stam / Robbie Fowler type appointment.

What the hell are you on? Are you a Bristol Rovers fan as it’s the most blatant bit of Gaslighting to grace these pages. The most bizarre post I’ve read in a very long time - read the room!
There is simply no defending KR any more I don’t know of a worse record currently.
I just have a different view to you Not everyone who doesn't share your view needs to be "on something" So in your view whats the manager/player blame? For me 30-70

Brownlie returns - although clearly out of practice as this is pretty P**s poor trolling 😂

I'd forgotten his fear of flying. Not a huge help though. I need to drive via Belgium to restock on Brugse Zot, Straffe Hendrik and St Bernardus amongst other fine Belgian beers, the manager has driven me to becoming a proper drinker now rather than enjoy a nice social drink and I am getting through my bottles at an alarmingly fast rate this evening. Knowing my luck he will be in the same carriage on the chunnel. I think I would have no choice but to pull the emergency stop to get away. I'm going to have nightmares about this now tonight. This club is becoming seriously damaging for your health.

Is this a KR OUT thread for those to spew their bile or a discussion forum? If there's no room for any alternative view (come on 50%+ here voted Brexit) then what's left. Bileous exchange. Im not a kid I understand football. I'm disappointed but already looking beyond this season. Proper Job, not what you wanna imagine I'm "on". I've been an OUFC supporter for almost 40 years and from Watlington. Seen all the ups and downs. So COYY, And be nice

More than 50% on here would vote for Karl out. We've gained 1 point from a possible 24 points. Wake Up !

You mentioned Henry and forgot to add that Robinson signed him for another two years. I don’t think you are authentic - good try though!

You’re not only defending the undefendable, you’re also having a pop at your fellow yellows. What your expecting to achieve? Either you’re insane or you’re trolling.

How many games you been to this season? It might make more sense if you haven’t been subjected to how dire it’s been, and it’s been getting worse for a year now. I wanted Robbo out in October, hindsight says it should have actually been a year ago.
