Jake young should be on our radar next.
Why do you always buy injured players?
And even that seems to be not going so well, few players queuing to leave now. Even a half a million a week pay cut is not standing in the way for some. The Saudi clubs have given it a good go
Maybe bicep envy is why Appleton didn't sign him.His leg muscles might be knackered so that he can't train at the moment but his biceps are rather impressive. Many players are putting holes in their socks to fit their calf muscles in them looks like he is going to need to put more cuts in the sleeves so that he can get his arms in the shirt. If it was only arms you needed to play football we would probably be onto a winner. Shame legs are the important part.
It certainly does feel a bit anti-climactic. The striker we've been waiting for and desperately needing is finally signed, and we won't see him for 4/5 games. My son was really excited about the idea of seeing Goodwin tomorrow, kept hassling me about whether his signing was confirmed yet. Have to break the news to him when he gets back from school.
Yeah, forgot that all that matters is signing players for the next 5 games...It certainly does feel a bit anti-climactic. The striker we've been waiting for and desperately needing is finally signed, and we won't see him for 4/5 games.
As many have said, could be a good signing long term but does absolutely nothing for us over the next few games - most of which are very important.

He's injuredf**k me guys, never seen a more negative reaction to a signing...

He's not over the hill tick

Could this be another Robbie HallVery sensible decision if not in the squad at the weekend. He's played 49minutes in the last 5 games due to a bit of injury.
No need to throw him in and risk - shows we're learning after the Browne & Edwards cases this season.
Was told that Cheltenham have been a bit slow on the paperwork/agreeing an announcement front, perhaps as they're trying to get a replacement in.
Will be 2pm today though.
Lets not brand comparisons on a lad thats just got hereCould this be another Robbie Hall
