Great half of football. Burton sit back and give space, it's tailor made for our game and we really should be over the hill and far away already if it wasn't for two cracking saves.
Sykes and Henry great up the top, Kane has an absolute wand of a right foot. Seddon really needs to step it up, he is coasting through games at moment.

This performance is a world away from Tuesdays. Much more desire and co-ordination.

Lovely stuff so far. Flowing football and when we put the pressure on we got the goals.

Elliott Moore is the standout for me. He’s won everything so Burton’s long throws have been a waste of their time. It’s the sort of defensive play that’s allowed us to get forward so well.

Brannagan should have had two. Praise to Garrett in goal for them for the saves, especially the second. That was an outstanding stop.

Not over yet but in a very good position.

I agree with a lot of that but think Seddon's not been that bad and got forward a few times. Thornley has been very good today too.

The fact Eastwood was a liability for a long time isn't an opinion but a fact. I'm fully behind him but it worries me. No need for anyone to grow up.

The way Burton are playing, there is so much space down both flanks. Almost feel sorry for their wing backs (wasn't Borthwick-Jackson supposed to be the next big thing at Man U at one point?) as they're being asked to do an impossible job and we're tearing them to shreds. JFH has to switch it up second half.

Moore has been immense at the back, but every Oxford player has been a 7+/10 first half.....except maybe Eastwood, but that's only because he's had so little to do!
