that's the fellas ...... I think?.... Smart Motorways....., slowing down all 3 lanes (M6 predominantly),.... ridiculously un-necessary speed limits/restrictions on motorways ( usually where 'smart' motorways are under their lengthy construction- example: currently 30mph at the beginning of the M5 near spaghetti junction, which has been at that limit for around 18 months so far) ...thats a few for starters

Politicians, all of them. People who don't clean up after their pooch. BMW drivers. The Mayor of London. People who 'copy cat' threads, such as this one has. Gout. Sciatica. Nasal hair. Aubergine. Doctors appointments, eg can't get one this Millennia.
