I can't believe it.
I thought he left because of suffering from shell shock. Didn't we concede 100 goals that season? To be fair he was a decent keeper, playing behind Jarman and McGuckin would be difficult for anyone...Yes, he was kept very busy and was able to show off his agility on a frequent basis. Then he was released and left the game!
If Cumming does sign, lets hope its on a permanent deal.Cumming is a very good replacement for Beadle. He has played a number of games at this level and was player of the year for MK last year, who were subsequently relegated.
You don't often see a keeper get POTY, following a relegation.
He's a good age, has been around the Chelsea set up for a long time and has experience. Oh, he also worked with Lewis Price, previously.
Personally, i think he ticks a lot of boxes and is a very able replacement. Fingers crossed its a loan to perm in the summer.
itll be at 5 or early tomorrow one would imagine
Yet another Twitter user who gets all of their information from here, and repeats it as their own
Asked whether the new goalkeeper will be signed in time for Saturday’s trip to Carlisle United, Buckingham said: “That’s the plan, but if we don’t, we have Easty [Simon Eastwood], but the plan will be to get a goalkeeper in by the weekend.” Des on the new GK. I did assume it would be announced ASAP though.
Close where have we heard that before
new keeper is in the same taxi as his assistant who was a day or two away. and the striker.Close where have we heard that before
Ahh We have Simon Eastwood. Ffs the bloke is a clown. Barely Non Lge level.
Fearing the worst for my trip to Carlisle.
tommorrow it is then
Brannagan to blackpool?Nah, still time for us to lose a couple more players today yet.
Thanks and good luck to the lad, he’s got potential to be a future England mens keeper. Looking forward to seeing his replacement.
