Can I buy a ticket for the Man City game at the Club on Sunday before the game? Yes I am a season ticket holder.
They all say "I CAN ASSIGN TICKETS" though.I had an issue this morning, which maybe the same as you're experiencing @Eaststandboy. I couldn't choose my son's ticket (greyed out) yet I'd been assigning them to ticket purchases for years, too. It turns out that there are two permission options for those in your network. The first allows assignment but the second, and the one you need, allows management of their tickets. If you go to your network, select the user in question, edit permissions and check to see if you are able to manage their tickets. If not, select that option and it will fire off an email to them to seek permission. They need to logon to the system to accept.
I went through this and all is now fine, my son's ticket showed up in my list of reserved tickets.

I've had the same thing Mark, and sorted it. It took me a while to realise that once you've got the tickets assigned, you have to log out and then back in again to see them as reserved. Try that.

Right I have added Ricky Otto to my network, and selected 2 seats but is saying that I am purchasing too many tickets?? Will only let me buy one.
Am I being stupid - what else do I need to do?
