I was at the Westwood Hotel at Boars Hill last night to choose the food for my wedding.
In reception I bumped into ex Wolves manager Dave Jones with his wife and son.

In response to question on another thread, as to why Tiger is in Thailand for his fist home game, and not here watching the game with a potential new manager, I suggested the following. And this is its proper home, so I have (hopefully) justified a "copy and paste":

Totchtawan Sripan was asked to withdraw his resignation by the Directors of Muangthong United, but he declined. The guy is the 2nd most capped Thai Internaional player ever, and won the league and cup last year. If we were Thai, he would be seen as a very significant, exciting and prestigious appointment.

This is quite a probable scenario I would have thought. I'd be ok with it as an appointment.
The major issue would be communication.

I’d say yes to the alarm bells. I’m trying to support the club at this time, I see little shoots of positivity with Tigers actions but there are, I accept, huge questions to be answered still. If another excuse arises next week as to why a manager hasn’t been appointed I think it’ll show that there’s an obvious problem with the recruitment process. On that front it’ll definitely be a case of enough is enough.

To answer the questions in turn:

The search for a manager would continue. Personally I'd expect to hear why there was a delay.

The users already in meltdown would probably lose any remaining semblance of coherence.

I doubt you could find anyone with no alarms bells ringing - already. Not everyone feels the need to be a dick about it though.
