Current Staff OUSP position on the manager

I would like to hear OUSP's official position on the current manager and whether:

1. they intend to give him a vote of confidence or

2. formally issue a press release against his continuing tenure at the helm

I would say silence is not an option if representing the supporter base on such an important topic

How about OxVox comment as well or, is that of less relevance?

Might be worth listening to comments made by Janine Bailey (OUSP) on Radox post match yesterday.

By the way, extract from the OUSP Memorandum of understanding:

4. The Panel The Panel anticipates raising matters of interest to all supporters, bringing the views of supporters in respect of areas including, but not limited to:  The matchday experience including that of home supporters and season ticket holders, travelling and geographically-distant supporters, the fans of visiting clubs, and supporters travelling to away games  Communication between the Club and supporters, including publicity and information exchange  Proposals for developing the Club’s fanbase  Volunteering opportunities at the Club involving supporters  Ticketing proposals and issues  Engagement and contacts with local communities and community groups The Supporters’ Panel is not concerned with team matters such as player recruitment and selection; details of personal employment contracts entered into by the Club; or football management appointments.

Was that Janine’s personal view of the panels view?

You don't represent the fans if you pick and choose only to deal in anodyne topics and act as a filter to buffer the club from proper enquiry. OUSP is, was and ever will be a scam to discredit OxVox.
If you hold them in such low esteem, why bother asking for their opinion?

Careful........ "they is good folk doing things to make things better for us all"...........

They aren`t the only 6 or 7 people that volunteered.
They aren`t a Crouch Report tick box for the SLO.
They aren`t a tick box for EFL requirements.
They aren`t benefiting in anyway.
They won`t just rubberstamp everything they are told.

Although it seems the basics such as toilets are raising their ugly head again.....
