Have watched some German/Portuguese games when they are just back and everyone looked really rusty. Low scoring games with few chances and people running around like drunken hares not seemingly sure what they should be doing.

I've watched a few of the German games and there have been *loads* of goals in many of them. But you are right, they did (at the start) *look* like players who'd been at home for three months. I suppose with the playoffs at least it is a level playing field.

Unless any of the games are held at Newport County of course...
