Hes just back from injury. He may have but for some unknown reason he isn’t getting much start time
He’ll be fat and not botheredGabi Agbonlahor is without a club. Surely that is worth investigating? Just turned 32 so granted, he's not exactly as he was at his prime but as we have no strikers, he would be much better than our current (non-existent) options.
Long at left back? You are joking? We are a league 1 club (for the time being) with our best options in both full back positions being midfielders who have been forced to play there because the 3 we signed aren’t good enough. You’re suggesting that rather than sign a proper left back we can make do with not one but two players playing out of position. Hardly the actions of a team trying to push for promotion!
I’ve seen him play right back a few times and he’s average. God knows what he’d do as our regular left back. But probably still be in front of garbage.
Gents we need a proper left back. As well as quality players in many other positions.
Remember Obika? Can't be much worse than him, surely? haha. He’ll be fat and not bothered
Micah Richards is also struggling to get near Villa's team! He was out of action for a while but he's a quality player, if fit. He’ll be fat and not bothered

GA wouldn't be fit. We need someone who can come straight in and improve us. Anything less will not be good enough.
Maybe but he hasn’t always been injured their manager Nathan Jones who’s now at stoke didn’t want to start him all the time but who knows their new manager might ( Robinson any one )Hes just back from injury.
Reading all these replies makes me want to throw myself off a bridge... depressing, but can’t help agreeing with peoples views.
Why does KR say such stupid stuff like a striker in 48 hours, when he has no intention of fulfilling it, sets himself up to fail and makes himself look like a proper plonker. MAPP and most other managers have the sense to keep it quiet until things are concluded. KR seems to have zero PR skills and makes you wonder what he says on the training field?
Question, saw us at Doncaster, yes we were not brilliant, but we should of won. How have we got this bad in a few games? Defence has been a shambles for a while and needs addressing.
KR get your finger out, don’t tell us what we want to hear, bring a striker to the club. No offence but the guy from Oxford City is also not the answer. Someone who can deliver us a few goals and pop thes chances away.
Sorry, damn frustrated.
The question should be “Who the f**k would want to go Looton? “Why would Luton want Robinson? He hasn’t impressed here has he.
Remember Obika? Can't be much worse than him, surely? haha.
The club is a shambles and has been for six months. The fan-base are treated like absolute cretins bar updates from Dan Harris and Matt Everritt and a superb ticket office team/Lee Barton.
What happened to the promise of more communication from the MD? Tiger and his updates are now a fortnightly, Friday Cringe-fest. We have a manager who I've switched off too. The only positive of a potential relegation is that someone on our 'Board' will sack him. If they don't, then League Two with Karl is going to be a tough gig.
And please......this recruitment stuff.......if anyone thinks the scouting department are not doing a decent job then I would suggest you're wrong. They don't make the signings, they're there to identify players that fit to a model or set criteria and present a list of candidates - Karl and the Board make the ultimate decisions thereafter.
To that end, does anyone really think the recruitment team went after Tony McMahon? Or this ex-Charlton 30 year old midfielder now playing in France we're linked too? Or a crocked Ricky Holmes who has had a career beset of injuries? Of course not.
Sack him before it's too late.
McAleny. All of these 32-plus ex-Premiership lumps won't be bothered with a club like ours. The only time this has ever worked with even a moderate level of success was when we got David Connolly on loan, who was a class act even at 35 or 36. But such players are few and far between.
In fact I'll go a step further, when was the last time we signed a striker in the January window that was any good?
