To me, it actually makes more sense than the way the Football League does it - how high you finish up the league really does matter.

But I guess everyone wants their Wembley finals........

My long gone uncle will be spinning in his grave with excitement. He was assistant secretary when City played at Western Road. He tried to make me a City fan when I was young. But his brother was a United fan and he won.

both City and Brackleys playoff games will likely be on rad ox, on split broadcast platforms for live coverage. Guessing Rad ox will have Citys game on 95.2 FM ?

It is out of the way even for BBC Northampton (if there is such a thing) and near Banbury so probably fell into BBC Oxford coverage as a result.

I’d say Maidenhead can only be about 7 or 8 miles further from Oxford than Brackley is. Seems odd there’s so much more interest in them, Brackley, than a team that’s been in the National League for years and not much different in localness.
