They are probably just delaying responding to try and figure what they can say, their usual responses never hold any weight, especially now its a planning process, the OCC decision was different as they only had to persuade the cabinet and could play dirty tricks like the Parish Poll before any details were available.Well I suppose it’s some sort of tactic to post a few objections all at the same time, all towards the end of the date line.
The thinking being that a concentrated approach is better than scattered objections which will be ‘lost’ amongst the overwhelming supportive comments.
A bit desperate if you ask me.
This is one of the reasons the current on-field struggles aren't making me as angry as a lot of other people, everything is on the outcome of this proposed move.
