I had exactly the same thoughts, but maybe we weren’t planning to necessarily utilise all the potentially available space at SB?

If this Plan B site is suitable size wise then it could be a lot less contentious than SB and we could maybe get things through quicker and without having so many hoops to jump through and battles to win along the way?

That site is just as big if not bigger than the Kassam site.

The site is for an 18,000 stadium with ability to increase capacity to 30,000.
