Is that area big enough for the stadium and commercial projects needed to fund it? Might not be but looks smaller that Stratfield Brake.

I had exactly the same thoughts, but maybe we weren’t planning to necessarily utilise all the potentially available space at SB?
If this Plan B site is suitable size wise then it could be a lot less contentious than SB and we could maybe get things through quicker and without having so many hoops to jump through and battles to win along the way?

It was moved to its current location due to 'outsiders' monitoring what we were discussing, and on one occasion taking something that had been said, taking it out of context, and using it as a basis for an attack. Its not a perfect solution, any 'interlopers' who managed to get an account set up can still read the thread.

To me that is key.
This was supposed to have commercial projects including a potential conference/ concert arena and other benefits.
How will this work?
I am not sure that the local sports teams at SB, and many of the local residents will be very happy if this is the case!
