My left field shout would be Paul Simpson, doing a great job at Carlisle, managed England U20 (I think) for 3 years obviously an ex-player so will get a little more time from our fan base

He seems to be like Coleman at Accrington where Carlisle just fits him. He hasn't done great elsewhere.
