No it’s declared as a failed medical that has to be reported to both clubs, the EFL and it also is recorded on the persons medical records. Sure it’s seen as a risk assessment for clubs but players that fail medicals can see insurance provided for long term injuries by the PFA rejected or provided at a lesser rate.
