must've been some turnaround

Bit harsh. He came to us having recently turned 18 and having had a loan cut short at Barnsley through no choice of his own during the previous season.
Didn't look a bad player for us but his attitude and cockiness was questioned by fans and MApp alike.
Sounds like he has really got his head screwed on since moving to Holland, and was being chased by PSV and Feyenoord earlier on this summer. Has decided to take up the option of a move back to the UK and to a city he knows well.

Jonte Smith training with Stevenage.
Cheltenham, Woking and Darlington also interested.

That’s also shows that one decent season or a half s season in Holland can be very beneficial in securing a decent move back to England. May explain the thinking behind Sinclair’s move..

That's an amazing transfer.
If I was slightly cynical I wonder if sometimes the size of the Asian market plays a small part in some of these signings?

Manchester United held on to Dong Fangzhao for so long for that particular reason.

Weird transfer to bring Tsun Dai in, even weirder that we may have received a profit on him too.
