It’s for when we want to do swap deals with internationally based players.

If anyone tells you it’s to do with foreign currency payments and management, they’re lying to you.

Seems a very astute partnership, especially with transfer deadline day approaching. It should speed things up when we go raiding Lazio reserves again.

Certainly makes you wonder where (and who) the money was coming from if it was such an issue, and whether or not anybody involved in said cash still has a stake in the club’s activities. Including any new stadium.

What has he done?

Pissed off a lot of people by alienating and patronising them I'd say. That and trying to fleece them for a lot more money for an inferior "product".

Apart from that, he's been a brilliant appointment.
