For various reasons, injuries, suspensions, loss of form, opposition form etc, I doubted this squad of players could deliver on a few occasions this season, but without fail, they delivered on each occasion. Who would have thought we’d be in the play offs after our start to the season?
But we are, and I have faith in Karl and the boys to deliver again.
Come on you yellows.
REF WATCH :
Tonight’s man in the middle is Wakefield born Bobby Madley, 35 who returned to officiating in the EFL last year.
Madley has taken charge of 34 matches this season issuing 111 yellow cards and 5 reds.
First U’s match - December 4th 2010 Oxford U 2-1 Barnet
Last U’s match - December 1st 2020 Oxford U 0-0 Ipswich
I can answer that one! Pack a snack - no food on sale in the ground.Add on the packing of a snack for half time or do we investigate the hot dogs?
he was a prem league ref until one of his friends forwarded a video of him apparently mocking a disabled person to his employers. He then went off and ref'd in Norway for a while, before coming back last year (I think) to the EFL.Recognise him but don't remember much about him - probably a good thing.

I always remember him being a decent ref who applied common sense.
I wish the club would stop playing it .....s**t song ,used by so many other clubsI wish Radio Oxford would stop playing Sweet Caroline, that's for after the game if we deserve it.
Nerves are already kicking in. Blackpool are better than Pompey were last year, but we seem to have a knack for scoring goals at the moment, as well as keeping it at 100mph for the entire 90+ minutes, so I can see it being a late smash and grab win. 2-1, goals from Taylor and Lee. A part of me wonders whether going to Blackpool with a lead is the best thing, we're a bit rubbish at defending a lead but we're pretty decent at chasing a win. As long as the players all continue to play with the same passion and commitment that got us into the playoffs, I'll be content whatever the result of these playoffs.
