For those watching, how is the formation working? Is it the 4231 the Oxford Mail tweeted? Would be useful if we had a competent shift from the deep-lying-Gorrin 433 to work with this year, so do hope it's going well.

We're holding on to the ball for long periods and creating chances. My only concern is that this isn't a first choice Watford 11 either so it's difficult to tell how well this formation would work against a Lincoln-type setup.
