As it seems we’re waiting for other deals to fall into place before we can confirm loans, done a bit of looking into who in the champ are chasing forwards…

Leeds, Blackburn, Plymouth and Cardiff all seem to be “close” or reported to be anyway.

Poveda from Leeds?
Leonard or Ennis from Blackburn?
Bundu seems to be falling out of the squad at Plymouth?
Same with Robinson at Cardiff?
If Argyle are signing another forward, I’d be very surprised if we don’t look at bringing in Ben Waine. Given how we need a striker and Des has managed Waine before, I feel like it’s the obvious person to bring in.

As much as I detest the bloke, what he done regarding the Manor, it was there for anybody to purchase , so don’t slag him off for stumping up the money to buy it and making a profit. Robin Heard could have done it, if he had the cash. There was a few consortium’s interested but never came up with the cash,
Who is this Robin Heard you are talking about??? There's no evidence that someone with that name has ever owned OUFC. Come to think about it a man named Robin Herd did once own OUFC.

I thought so too, but under new management he seems to be getting more of a nod than Bundu, who doesn’t even get off the bench anymore!

Both getting small play time, Plymouth also looking at some Greek winger I think? Bundu is more a winger and I know we’re after one!

Only a suggestion though, just trying to keep track of the market

Nothing like a petty dig at a spelling mistake referring to a grammatical mistake.
Is a spelling mistake the same as a typo or predictive text changing the word that person originally typed? 🤣🤣

Shouldn’t “Why….” have a capital W?
If it were the start of the sentence yes, but imagine the scenario where it was preceeded by "That bloke is a bafoon, why the hell is @SteMerritt a moderator?? ". The lack of capitalisation in this circumstance would be entirely acceptable.

Alternatively. . .yeah you're right . . . .doh!

Whichever makes you happy, I guess:unsure:

EDIT: you also missed the fact that I left the t off next #sloppypedantry
