I love that Orient have signed Dan Adu-Adjei on loan, they must be thinking that if it worked once it can work again

Exactly, many on here while disappointed that he was recalled, realised it was most likely a step too far. He was a good keeper for us, conceded a few poor goals. But he was not a top league one keeper and never ready for a tryout in the Championship.
Had a look at their forum and this summed it up

Beadle - 4 I said when he signed it was a huge gamble getting someone so young for a relegation battle and so it has proven , one decent first half save aside he looked a total bag of nerves.
