Two games from now, and nobody ever thought he would be back for this eve?So he misses another three games ffs
I we don’t but others seem to."You can’t always in every window refresh every area of the pitch."
Is what he says. He doesn't say he doesn't want to, he says he can't.
I seem to remember his first game back after injury we had a penalty at the fence end and he took the ball rather than let Beano or whoever the penalty taker was and then went and blasted the penalty into the car parkHe scored at a similar rate to Beano at one point. I think he ended on 15 and Beano 17 by the end of the season.
One injury later and he became a rather forgotten man.
My mistake but it could be three and god forbid it’s 4Two matches before Blackpool (Pompey, Reading), but bad enough.
It was Leven he argued with. We were 1-0 up at the time, but still won the game 2-0 in the end.I seem to remember his first game back after injury we had a penalty at the fence end and he took the ball rather than let Beano or whoever the penalty taker was and then went and blasted the penalty into the car park
The only documented case of Peter Leven not doing what he wants. It was Leven he argued with. We were 1-0 up at the time, but still won the game 2-0 in the end.

Fit squad as it stands. (*loaned in)
*Cumming, Eastwood, Brearey,
*Stevens, Golding, Negru, Moore, Brown, Thorniley, Leigh, Smyth, McEachran, McGuane, Brannagan, Henry, Rodrigues, Goodrham, Woltman, *Burey, O’Donkor, Harris
Players missing. (*recalled or loaned out)
*Beadle, Long, Bennett, *Findlay, *Seddon, *Johnson, Bodin, Murphy, Browne, *Mills, Edwards, *Perkins, Goodwin
The problem then is, once they do return, how long will they last until injury strikes again? Can they play at 100%? Can they last 90 mins? Can they play back to back matches? etc…Long - Reading at home.
Bennett - few weeks.
Bodin - no update. Will he return tonight?
Murphy - no update. Will he return tonight?
Edwards - Easter earliest
Browne - Easter earliest
Goodwin - Blackpool away
That brings back some amazing memoriesMoody,Byrne,Rush
2 starts and 1 sub appearance with no goals according to Rageonline. 2 defeats (Ebbsfleet and R & D both away) and 1 win (Tamworth at home). They struck fear alright, but never into opposition defences. The barely struck the target.
How many games did "The Slabdog" actually play for us I'm guessing less than Jamie Hanson.....but more than Tsun Dai
