Wouldn't say knee jerk!! This has been coming for a while!!
I think this season has shown the defence has not been good enough or consistent enough, and the keeper has improved lately but will not take us to the level we need.
I agree, a big rebuild needed!

O'Donkor needs to start next season either at a League Two or National League side playing every week.

The difference in our movement in attacking spaces since Bodin went off is staggering. Just a lot of players without the intelligence to be in the right areas.

Good attendance, poor atmosphere, fair play to Accrington for out singing Oxford. Long way to go for championship , in all departments. We wouldn't of got out sung years ago.. COME ON OXFORD!!!!
