It's not looking likely that other teams around us will drop points so that was a great win. Looks like we'll need a record number of points to make the playoffs.

Looking at the mid week games only Portsmouth away to Plymouth look like they could get something to help us out, we are going to have to keep winning ourselves to keep our noses in front and keep the pressure on so when our play off rivals play each other we benefit.

I think many of us on here have an incorrect view of Mous. He is still a capable defender. Maybe because he’s 35 now and evidently can’t be playing week in, week out we think he’s not up to it. He still is and can step in when required.

We have to keep winning just to keep still which is a pain. The sides we needed to do is favours didn’t. We have some huge games coming up.
I am confident with Mous coming in to shore up the defence but to start and play 90 mins then I have to applaud him. But Seds doesn’t inspire me with confidence especially when you hear Williams Is playing left wing back

Take a draw there all day long

We need 7 points from the remaining 8 games to hit the 75 point mark that is normally enough for a play off.

We have

Away

Morecambe
Fleetwood
Plymouth
Rotherham

Home

Ipswich
Sunderland
Mk
Doncaster

If we don't get more than 7 points from them games we don't deserve to get in the play offs.
I don’t think 75 will be enough this season.

Unfortunately couldn’t make this one. Fantastic away result. MK and Wigan also drawing helps things along nicely.

Our run in is better than others. We need just 3 more wins to get 77. Throw in a draw or two, and we are home and hosed.
Last season we were poor against the other sides in the Top 6, but this season we have bested MK away and done the double over Sheff W (they will probably make the top 6)
We have won 5 in 6 so no reason why we can't get a couple of wins v Ipswich, Sunderland, MK Plymouth and Rotherham

Fingers crossed Rotherham will be up when we go ther for they’re last home game. They’ll be partying we can go sneak the points

I snuck out from behind the settee to the Oak, saw a bit of weirdness on the egg chasing and looked in here.

It was Napoleon who said he'd sooner have a lucky general than a good one; I might end up agreeing with him.

Hope for some fast recoveries for the injured lads... Will need them. I recon at least 77

I think Sheffield Wed have won 9 of there last 12 and still outside the top six. That’s how consistent we’ve all been. Amazing really, but despite there Lge position they have a favourable run in, and two games in hand. So they have a great chance of finishing inside the top six.
