The homophobic abuse from one individual in our end towards the goalkeeper for wearing pink was just embarrassing. Also the Pineapple chant needs to stop, I know it's a joke but to the wrong ears could be quite racist.

And the repeated “sex offender” chant was to my ears inappropriate.
The constant barracking of Simon Eastwood by a large 50+ male was also unnecessary- fortunately he was ejected for another incident shortly afterwards.

We needed someone like Dan on the bench, someone strong enough to go up top with Taylor who offers something different.

Sorry but I have to disagree both Winnall and Agyei aren’t good enough replace Taylor and at the moment Taylor is all we’ve got and if we had a decent striker he would have been subbed.
I was always in the corner for Agyei but after the Stevenage game earlier in the JPT he scored a good goal but after that did absolutely nothing. Unfortunately Karl couldn’t see anything wrong with the strikers position and after his interview today after the game can’t see one coming in any time soon.

More concerning than the defeat today for me, is the fact that Karl felt the need to call out his players after the game. Saying if you don’t want to be here, come and see me! Nothing worse for a fan, to start thinking some of the players don’t give a s**t.

Please tell me do you watch all our training and how many professional teams you have managed. Please answer with yes or no and an answer in numbers not an answer like a politician.

Is it a prerequisite to have watched training sessions and been a professional manager to have an opinion, or is that only the case if it's a negative opinion?

I didn't expect a lot from this game as Wycombe are very effective and how they play is the perfect counter to us. We can still make the playoffs but if you look at the points kip raised how many do you disagree with if you look at them objectively?

Yes that would be a good shout. But he didn’t succeed at Ipswich, although he didn’t have enough time. Just shows that changing doesn’t guarantee success.

Cant say I enjoyed some of the supporter antics today; that Akinfenwa chant was at best cringeworthy. . The maniac frothing at Eastwood after the first goal was another low spot.

Our best chance of winning was in first 25 minutes. Much the better team then. But the hammer throwers turned the screw after that and we were toast.

Can’t blame overall team effort; we just weren’t good enough. Don’t understand the flak Sykes was getting post match ; he put in a good shift. Wish could say the same of McGuane ; a woeful performance with no off the ball work rate . Feel sorry for Forde; he deserves a start.

As someone who is LGBTQ+ I've in the past mentioned that homophobia was still a big problem in football (and was shouted down by a few for saying so) but OUFC was a club I always felt safe at. Every club has its fair share of dickhead fans, and Wycombe had a few too as we all saw, but to know that fans of MY club were spouting neanderthalic abuse that actively targets who I am... Massively upset.

I know the dickheads that did it probably won't see this, but in case they do, and I mean this as sincerely as I can muster, f**k everything about you and your close minded, homophobic bullshit and I want nothing more for you to be identified and banned from the game for life. C***s. Get the f**k out of my club.

Same goes for anyone who was violent/abusive or made anyone feel unsafe in any other way.

Yes where is Forde and why? In real terms we’ve got a tiny squad, it’s the same 15 or so every week, with half a dozen hardly used. We need to get some real options.
