Best thing we can do to keep him is be in around the top end of the league by Jan and I think he'd stick around to see it through to the summer, if we don't get promoted, who would blame the guy for leaving, certainly not me.
Bang on the money. Cam loves it here and will want to play in the Championship with us over anyone else. If we're in and around the top 6 in January, we've got a good chance of keeping him. If we're mid table then it's thanks for all the memories. Same if we don't go up in the summer. Whatever happens Cam has been a brilliant player for us and has always valued the club and the fans. I'd wish him every success possible and hope to see him in the Prem one day.

I don't think CB has the temperament to be captain, he leads by example for sure but he's also a bit of a hot head, I think you need someone with a bit more of a measured head on their shoulders.
