The bigger club won unfortunately . You can't begrudge Tomlinson getting the chance to play in the Championship. I'm sure we have several other targets we can focus on now.

There may be more to this than meets the eye. The fact OUFC and Peterborough spent the day together playing two behind closed doors friendlies using most if not all of their respective squads, suggests that the two clubs have a closer working relationship than many of us may have thought.

I would of thought the takeover would be officially announced on the OFS before the signing of Whyte. After all at the moment Tiger is getting all the praise from fans for these signings where in actual fact it could be Bakrie and Thohir funding these deals.

I genuinely do not think that the takeover will have any bearing on when Gavin is announced.
