Well that was daylight (or dusk light) robbery.

We played absolutely fantastic this evening. We dominated the match for 90 minutes and just couldn’t get the ball over the line. We were also denied an absolute stone wall penalty.

As the game dragged on at 0-0 you always felt they might steal a goal, especially once McAleny came on.

Every single one of the players that started the match played brilliantly today. People slagging of Wes, is that a joke? He ran his socks off today and put his body on the line time after time.

That goal was like a dagger to the heart, but I am pleased with just how well we played today. People have been saying that after the previous games, but I didn’t always agree. Today I think I saw exactly how Robinson wanted us to play and I feel much more positive. We just need that one win.

I really hope we get it on Saturday. COYY

I am pro Robinson generally, think long term he is the man for the job

I’m trying to stay positive and I really was before kickoff but as people are saying Southend is now a must win. I don’t want to hear any of this ‘bogey team’ superstitious B*****s. It just gives players excuses. At the end of the day, if we come out of these three HOME games against the illustrious and mighty Oldham, Fleetwood and Southend without a win then we f#cking well deserve to be in league 2 next season. I have no issue with anyone's effort today just the lack of quality whether its Lego shootin obekas balance and shooting issues wes finishing or kanes crossing. If you dont have quality you dont deserve to win.
