So the player had a test presumably because he had symptoms. He still travelled on the coach According to this report. If he got the test privately he should be toast, if Crewe knew they should be toast.
One scenario might be he travelled down, then felt ill and got a rapid test result. If so, that would be understandable.

What have Crewe done wrong, looks like the player took a private test. Mind you, turning up at the stadium post-result is pretty stupid.

Travelled to a game whilst one of their players (who could well have been on the bus) was awaiting a test result.

Suddenly it's feeling like April again when most people were saying there can't be any football until we've got a vaccine.

Travelled in the expectation of playing a game, without doing their opposition the courtesy of informing them there was a possible outbreak of a serious (and notifiable) infectious disease in their camp. Mousinho at interview said that Crewe Alexandra were aware of the result, but neglected to inform Oxford United.

It's at best unfortunate and the player is at fault, somewhere in the middle it's remiss on the part of Crewe, and at worst dangerous and deceitful.
