They Stand selling them outside the bowplex, they stand on the corner of Frankie and Bennys, they stand on the way to the south stand, there always seem to be 5 or 6 of them scamming there way to a quick buck.....
These scum have nothing to do with our club and should be moved on away from all areas surrounding the county....
These scarfs are nothing but fake sh1t that cost our club money and make us look weak and not bothered.
It is only when the big boys come to town however they would not come if they did not sell anything....
Oxford v West Ham
Oxford v Sunderland
Oxford v Man City
Oxford v Newcastle
They charge a tenner for the scarf before the game, they charge a fiver for the scarf after the game until hopefully for them the sell out...

Rant over.....

I would like to see ways to sell scarves inside the ground, and advertise this for all the big games. With all the youth players you would think that we'd be able to have 2 or 3 sellers inside each entrance to sell our own products.

Its (in the main) daytrippers/ very occasionals/ & those only there for the big game(s) who buy half n half scarves imo.....there was one of the sellers , obligatory scouse accent, behind east stand attempting to punt out thier snide gear before & after the newcastle match. Police and stewards in the vicinity were concentrating on other more matters, & seemingly not interested in unlicensed traders.

There is an 'official' stall outside the quadrangle selling scarves and other oufc merch(including matchday programmes already .... Sue Trafford runs the outside stall

Oxford city council take a dim view and do take action against unlicensed traders (front page of todays OM), though they, OCC are more interested on matchdays in sending out swarms of traffic wardens to issue pcns than they are in catching &prosecuting unlicenced half n half scarf peddlers :(

Parking restrictions are handled by County, not City council

I know, and will often get bits and pieces from Sue. However, 90% of fans (especially new fans) will either not see this, or will not stop. Having points of sale directly inside the ground wouled significantly increase sales as would be a fairly easy win in my view.

Just think if we had them v Swindon
I really hate the idea of them, I suppose a cup final may be acceptable. But not this year for us as we are out of them all including the Senior cup
How I would of loved a OUFC/ Thame United half and half
