Both decent prospects and wouldn't be disappointed to see either/both arrive. That only leaves Jacob Bedeau and Tom James as the OM confirmed rumours then.

Not sure Bedeau is a good fit for us, released by a L2 club! Both decent prospects and wouldn't be disappointed to see either/both arrive.

I believe they couldn't afford to offer him one.Not sure Bedeau is a good fit for us, released by a L2 club!
Erm Sunderland have four times as many fans as us and own their ground ... the owners aren’t going to treat us to million pound players just to be nice.Just for comparison Sunderland put in a bid of 2M for Wolves CB Dion Sanderson and our wealthy owners are looking at a League 2 reject.....
And Sunderland have spent so well of late.....I forgot that 4 million on Will Grigg saw them romp to the title!Just for comparison Sunderland put in a bid of 2M for Wolves CB Dion Sanderson and our wealthy owners are looking at a League 2 reject.....
It’s possible that financial fair play rules would prevent us signing a player for two million anyway - not sure what’s happening with them. Our recruitment is generally pretty good though last summer saw a couple of duds, I’m fairly confident we can spot good players. We need to get better at sealing deals and knowing when to stop chasing someone unattainableAnd Sunderland have spent so well of late.....I forgot that 4 million on Will Grigg saw them romp to the title!
I’d rather our transfer strategy thank you very much.
All true, but our ambition is to make the Championship and Sunderland are one of many big clubs that stand in the way of that happening. It’s possible that financial fair play rules would prevent us signing a player for two million anyway - not sure what’s happening with them. Sunderland are by far the biggest of those clubs. They have probably had a budget of 3 to 4 times most of the clubs in the Division for the last 3 years when they have failedAll true, but our ambition is to make the Championship and Sunderland are one of many big clubs that stand in the way of that happening.
3 Championship clubs went after him in January (if you believe local paper talk) and he played 38 games for them this season. Unlikely to be rejected after that kind of contribution at his age. More likely a club suffering financially from the pandemic and they can’t get a competitive offer in front of him. They won’t be the only ones.Just for comparison Sunderland put in a bid of 2M for Wolves CB Dion Sanderson and our wealthy owners are looking at a League 2 reject.....
Do you even know what these players are like? Both decent prospects and wouldn't be disappointed to see either/both arrive.
