There must be a few footballers who've played non-league for a few seasons before a big move. I had a look at Jamie Vardy as a recent example but his transfer fee to Leicester was only £1.12M according to transfermarkt.Imagine if some tinpot Sunday league outfit had him for a couple of years before Exeter
I wonder what counts as education and training and when a player passport is started. Would playing for instance at Thame United count?
