If you or I were sacked as often as some of these managers are, then it may seem like we were bloody crap at it but all too soon most rock up to another job.
The severance pay must be enormous.
If I only realised how crap I was before they did, I’d insist on it.

They seem to expect exceptionalism. Smith almost did too well last season.

Villa have suffered a bit of the "Spurs" where they sold a major asset (Grealish instead of Bale) and have bought quite a few new players
