They revised the time of submitting a planning application to early next year, whenever early is...

Maybe not. Let's see. There has certainly been no denial of this speculation. Normally if something on here is nonsense, those ITK jump on it immediately.
 
Because OCC are supportive of OUFC, an 126 year old Oxfordshire institution that means so much to the ordinary folk of our county.

Now that Hunt has given the green light to raising council tax by up to 5%, KPC and the OCC will be able to waste even more of taxpayers money on net zero schemes. KPC have a great opportunity to save £300k+ a year by allowing their lease to be negated, but no, let’s fleece the taxpayers of Kidlington.

Plans! Looks great to me. Why would KPC want to veto this?

Great to have the County Council on board which is commonplace around the country as football clubs are at the heart of the community.

Really does. It is quite old however and different to those realised earlier this year so the plans may have been refined since this was drafted. Looks possible to build what's shown there at either Stratfield Brake or Frieze Farm with the exception of the rugby pitches and clubhouse which won't be needed if KPC decide to keep paying £168k/year for SB.

The Arena does it for me. Let’s get some bands in Oxford like the Foals, Kasabian etc. Could even get events like Boxing!

Think Derby County have Derby Arena next to their stadium. I’m sure that’s where I parked first day of the season.
